LIQUID MOTION® FLOORWORK

There are 7 different Liquid Motion® movement modules, all of which are open to the general public meaning you do not need to have any previous Liquid Motion® certifications or trainings.

The trainings are divided by content USING A "NO INVERSION" TO "ACROBATIC INFLUENCE" SCALE.* Some levels focus on methodology, while other levels focus on technique and mechanics. 

We recommend all perspective clients read through each module's description thoroughly to decide how you want to start your personalized movement experience. Clients who are looking to be certified must complete all seven modules. 

The Liquid Motion® "Choose Your Own Adventure" Program is currently available only through our On Demand platform.
